Access
Access is easy- you will receive your unique door code to enter the apartment prior to your arrival. The front door will have a Yale punch code lock. Simply push your code in and hit the check mark symbol on the the lock and the door will unlock. Getting around is easy- Our unit has a great, central location between some of the City's hottest neighborhoods. With a Walk Score of 83 it means your stay is very walkable to many local attractions including historical sites, great bars and restaurants, the Delaware Riverfront area, and shopping! If you choose to explore by car, you can easily get to main highway onramps as well as other attractions in the City. Uber and Lyft are also easily available, or if you'd like to roll around by bike, feel free to rent Indego Bikes from various docking stations located throughout the City. Gabriel was an excellent host, and provided clear and easy instructions for cheek- in before we arrived. The photographs were accurate and the condo was spotless. We enjoyed morning coffee and pastries from a nearby coffee shop that was within walking distance. Parking is often a challenge in urban Philadelphia, so the free parking space was a real benefit! We parked our car at the condo and used Uber to get to the restaurants, museums, and other sites we visited.

We had a great time staying at this location. The parking spot and location made it a really easy home base to explore Philadelphia. The piers and Old Town were very walkable. Overall it was very clean and a nice set-up inside. The hosts were very responsive and friendly to work with. A couple notes about the place: 1. They are very clear about no parties, but it was buried in their house rules that they wanted no guests over at all. 2. The place is listed as family-friendly. It would be great with older kids and they have all the baby supplies which is awesome! But the set-up of the place was only ok with a rambunctious toddler (e.g. smaller space, glass lamps, steep wooden stairs).

We stayed a few nights for the Eagles Super Bowl parade. The condo was well furnished and decorated. Very easy to check in and out. Hosts were super responsive and at check out didn’t ask for us to do anything out of the norm. Reminds me of what Airbnb used to be like!

Enjoyed a nice stay at Gabe and Jon's place with my toddler and baby. I appreciated the family friendly amenities as it helped cut down on the packing. Slightly noisy between the stairs for the upstairs apartment and the street but par for the course for a trip in the city. Location worked well enough for an enjoyable 10 min morning stroll for coffee/bkft and the parking spot steps away from the rear apartment was hugely helpful during our stay.

The apartment and parking space was exactly as described in the listing. The location is about a 10 minute or less drive to every attraction that we visited. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Gabriel was very responsive and super helpful.
